Return and Refund Policy
Physical Products We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We accept returns only if the item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at dorcashammond.dh@gmail.com with photographic evidence of the issue. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost. In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Sale items and gift cards
- Custom or personalised products
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs for EU cooling off period returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at dorcashammond.dh@gmail.com.
Digital Products — PDF Sewing Patterns PDF sewing patterns and digital downloads are delivered instantly via email upon payment confirmation. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and no refunds are offered once the file has been delivered. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
