Order Processing All physical orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times We ship worldwide from our suppliers. Estimated delivery times are:

- Rest of the world: 15-30 business days

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Digital Products — PDF Sewing Patterns PDF sewing patterns and digital downloads are delivered instantly via email upon payment confirmation. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and no refunds are offered once the file has been delivered. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
